  • Prices include VAT where applicable. VAT Registration Number: 515601715.

  • Customers are entitled to remedies in accordance with their statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws.

  • Refunds or replacements may be provided for products that are faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required under applicable law. Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Customers may be required to present a valid receipt or order confirmation when collecting orders.

  • Food products should be stored and consumed in accordance with the guidance provided. Bengali sweets should be refrigerated and consumed within 4–6 hours of purchase; Chaat items, Dhokla, Khandvi, Rabri, Rasmalai and Thalis within 2 hours; loose Khoya sweets within 3 days; Lal Ladoo within 2 days. Khoya, Kaju and Badaam items should not be refrigerated.

  • Allergy information is available via the QR code, website and from our staff. Customers with food allergies, intolerances or coeliac disease should consult a member of staff before placing an order.

  • While reasonable precautions are taken, food is prepared in an environment where allergens are handled and therefore the presence of allergens cannot be completely excluded.

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
